Editorial Reviews:

Amazon.com Review
At the beginning of 2005, Frank Warren launched a new blog called PostSecret as an experiment in community art, inviting strangers to mail him anonymous postcards that made art out of their innermost secrets and then posting a selection of the cards every week on his blog. Within a year, his blog was one of the five most popular in the world, and his first book, PostSecret, was one of the surprise bestsellers of 2005. My Secret is his second book, a collection of cards from teens and college students--none of which has been shown on the website--that carries the same emotional power and creativity that have made Warren's project a phenomenon.

We are featuring seven postcards from the book here: see two of them on this page, and click on the numbers below to see five more.

Product Description
Postsecret.com founder Frank Warren is back with a fresh and compelling companion to his wildly popular Los Angeles Times bestseller, PostSecret. For My Secret, a collectible, paper-over-board book that includes a page of vibrant, decorative stickers, Warren has personally selected never-before-seen anonymous postcards created by teens and college students from across the country. Each card bears an intimate and powerful secretat turns inspirational, shocking, hilarious, and poeticthat is told through original illustrations, photographs, collages, and other creative means. Sample messages include:

*"I am avoiding you because you are socially below me." *"I know the truth to the lie my parents tell... " *"My friends think I was homeschooled. I spent high school in juvi."

A unique and important book that will appeal to both young adults and their parents, My Secret offers a raw and revealing glimpse into the real lives of today's teens and twentysomethings. Choosing their own handmade postcards over email or text messages, teens and college students express their hopes, fears, and wildest confessions in a way that truly represents their diverse personalities and voices.

5 out of 5 stars Great   December 25, 2008
Great book. It's a quick read, and I got through it in about an hour. The set up is great.
It was a bit disappointing when it was over, but I plan on buying the rest of the PostSecret books.
Fantastic.

whats better than hearing tons of other peoples secrets? not much. This is a great coffee table book, and conversation piece. Some secrets are sad, some are funny, and some are just plain weird. this book makes you feel like you are not alone in life. Very cool book and very creative postcards. also comes with stickers for you to put on anything you'd like. Definitley something for everyone in this book! Nice hardcover book with full color pages

5 out of 5 stars Love it.   October 20, 2008
I have bought all the Postsecret books and visit the site every Sunday. I absolutely love all these books. It's truly amazing how so many of my secrets are others peoples secrets as well.

5 out of 5 stars A voyeristic journey into others lives!   August 28, 2008

I own several of the PostSecret books, along with the "Found" books, and they are adored by everyone who comes in contact with them. They lie on my coffee table just waiting to be picked up and read. Some of the postcards are so heart-wrenching that I cried, others are mischevious and down right CRUEL. I love the amount of time, hard work and effort that the people who send in these post cards do to make them look GORGEOUS! They also have a website created to view some of their postcards before buying if you'd like. the website is postsecret.com I like to go on there and on grouphug.us and read peoples confessions.
