 ITIL foundation certificate January 5, 2009
I bought this book as prep for my exam to the ITIL foundation certificate. I found the online material to be a great as it takes you step by step in laying the foundation of ITIL concepts. The book is concise and targeted for the foundation exam. I would love to see the book to be a bit easier to read in future revisions as it jumps from one chapter to other. However the online material makes for any lacking on the book's part.
A definite recommend to my peers.

Great resource for ITIL exam. I used it exclusively and was able to pass the exam on the first try. However, the online course repeats much of what's already on the book.
