| Excellent results delivered | January 6, 2009 We rotate between 3-4 since having carefully implemented Viney's techniques. Our market is region specific but pretty competitive. The only thing we had going for us was an aged URL because of this our results manifested quickly.
I am so thankful for this book. I hope to see another edition in the future.
Thank you David Viney!!!!!
Easy to Read and Put to Use January 5, 2009 This book breaks SEO down so it is simple and makes sense. Breaks out SEO into easy to use steps so you can implement the strategies with ease. Also gives lots and lots of online tools that you can use and access to the SEO Forum that the author writes. Much more than a book! It's a book, a set of tools, and a way to continue learning on the topic.
Great Informative book December 27, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I am new to this world of website development and search engine optimization and was lucky enough to stumble across this book. If you're planning a web campaign this book is a must. From Domain name selection to targeted results oriented information this book succinctly covers the whole concept. It is heavily packed with information and in my case will require a second read with a highlighter in hand, notes and post-its all over. Great advice on the "keyword rich domain'. A solid read for anyone serious about developing a winning online presence.

Outdated Keyword Suggestion Tools December 21, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The book starts out with what appears to be a logical/solid premise but falls short in the 1st chapter given suggested keyword tools that are no longer available. Needless to say, I find this to be totally inexcusable given that the book first debuted back in April, 2008 at which time the keyword suggestion tool upon which that in the book is/was based was since defunct. What's even more frustrating is that while the author makes mention of providing future updates to the book in his blog, I haven't been able to find anything regarding this matter to date. Last but not least, in purchasing the book, one is promised a Free 6-month membership to the SEO Expert Services Site. The only catch is, you have to give your credit card? And, the PayPal (which I loathe) option to opt out doesn't work. This all seems kinda funky to me. My only regret is that I didn't bother (this time) to read the reviews b4 my purchase. While I realize SEO strategies can change rather quickly, let's be real. This ink was still wet in that the book hadn't even made it off the press! In this particular case, I think laying the blame on rapidly changing SEO is a cop out! If this is the way to build a clientele and credibility in the SEO profession then apparently I'm in the wrong business!
