Good introduction for a novice. Not a must if you have any business background.
This Book Will Make you Money !!! March 22, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This is a great book on the practical side of "What to Do" and "How to Do It" to make money in commercial real estate.
A lot of books give you a lot of technical definitions and rules, but this book shows you the steps to follow to make things happen in your career.
I keep my under-lined and highlighted copy on my desk for constant review.
Great book, Buy it and make money!
Great 1st time book but too basic March 8, 2007 2 out of 4 found this review helpful
Its a great 1st timer book, i bought it because i was a 1st timer. but after reading through half of it it seemed like most of it was a lot of repetitive information that i didn't really need. i would recommended it to 1st timers only.
Best how-to strategy I've read. December 13, 2006 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
For those interested in breaking into commercial real estate, following all the steps in this book, though time-consuming, is a must in my opinion. I couldn't agree more with the strategy presented.
review - Steve Vornea December 11, 2006 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
This is a useful book for investing in commercial property. It seems to be geared more toward the novice, and anyone with extensive experience in the field may find many of the concepts to be unnecessary. Nevertheless, a good primer for those learning the field
